I attained a Bachelor of Education degree from McGill University, and a Masters of Education in Counseling Psychology (M.Ed) from the University of Toronto.

 

I have almost 20 years teaching and counseling experience, with expertise in working with adolescents, young adults, young professionals and adults from diverse cultural backgrounds. My experience includes working with clients internationally.

Over the years, I have undertaken various levels of additional training in trauma healing and spirituality and have gained expertise in these modalities. The counseling approach I use is tailored to the needs and desires of each client.

My deep passion is using spirituality and metaphysical teachings in my counseling work. I use spiritual practices in my own life and I teach these practices to clients for their own healing.

I am deeply committed to the well-being of my clients, and receive profound fulfillment in assisting those who are ready to awaken to their True Self and potential.
